The site survey allows us to listen to your ideas and requirements and assist you in creating your dream space. We will assess the feasibility of the project and offer advice accordingly. We will measure the proposed plot, and following the site survey, we produce a detailed quotation for your consideration. There are no special offers to sign up on the day! All our quotations are valid for 30 days.

You will receive your detailed no-obligation quotation and specification within seven days following the site survey. We will include an estimated duration for the completion of your project.

Once you’re happy to proceed, a £2,000.00 deposit secures your place in our schedule. This marks the beginning of a collaborative journey, with clear stages, scheduled works, and transparent payments—all guided by open, ongoing communication.

This is where we expand on your needs and requirements in fine detail. We create the architectural drawings of your space and the written specifications, which are ready for your approval.

Schedule an installation date that suits you and your family. Typical projects can take 6-8 weeks to build, and as all our projects are bespoke, we will provide your schedule within the proposal.

This not-for-profit organisation advocates quality and continuous improvement in building standards. It has a rigorous selection process and independently inspects and vets its members upon joining to provide credible proof of its quality.
