    Book a free site survey

    Our process begins with a free site survey, where we take the time to understand how you want to use your space. Whether you’re planning a luxury garden office, garden gym, studio or multi-functional family space, we assess feasibility, offer professional guidance, and explore the best solution for your property.

    We measure the proposed area and, following the visit, prepare a detailed quotation for your bespoke garden room. There is no pressure to commit on the day — all quotations are valid for 30 days.

    Detailed quotation and specification

    Within seven days of your site survey, you’ll receive a clear, no-obligation quotation outlining the full specification of your fully insulated garden room, along with an estimated build duration. Transparency is key — no hidden costs, no vague allowances.

    Commitment and Deposit

    Once you’re happy to proceed, a £2,000 deposit secures your place in our schedule. This marks the beginning of a collaborative journey, with defined stages, scheduled works, and clear payment milestones — all supported by open communication and careful project management.

    Design Consultation

    This is where your vision is refined. We develop detailed architectural drawings and written specifications for your custom garden building, ensuring the design, layout, insulation, and finishes are aligned with how you intend to use the space year-round.

    Schedule your build

    We schedule your installation at a time that works for you and your family. Most bespoke garden rooms in Surrey take between 6–8 weeks to build, depending on complexity and size. As every project is custom, your timeline is confirmed in advance.

    Our experienced in-house team takes care of the full build. With over 30 years of building experience, we specialise in creating fully insulated garden rooms built to UK building regulations, designed for comfort, durability, and long-term use.

    Payment Schedule
