Do I need planning permission for my garden room?
In most cases, planning permission is not required for a typical garden room installation. Generally, garden rooms/outbuildings are permitted developments that do not require planning permission. There are circumstances, however, where an application would need to be made and we can help you through the process.

Do I need to treat the cedar cladding?
Cedar will last for decades without any artificial treatment however, over time, UV light will bleach the colour leaving the timber a silver/grey colour. The amount of time this process takes depends on location and sun exposure. UV filter treatments are available that will stop or slow down this process.
Will I be warm enough in the winter, and cool enough in the summer?
Our garden rooms are insulated to the latest building regulations and standards. Therefore, you will be warm and cosy in the winter months and cool in the summer months. Our buildings are designed and built for ultimate comfort all year round.
